Please request a moving in notification form from metering@vitalcommunityenergi.co.uk Once completed, please return the completed form to the Vital Community Energi team at metering@vitalcommunityenergi.co.uk

 

Do I need to notify you when I move into my property?

Usually no, as your housing association, developer  or landlord will have notified us prior to you moving into the property.

As part of your moving in process e.g. signing your tenancy or purchasing your home, you will be asked to sign a Resident Supply Agreement which will provide all the information we require.

Do you need to read my meter?

You do not have to take meter readings, as this is done remotely by our system.

However, if you are in a Glass-enabled property, you can view your usage and spend by downloading the Glass app. Click here to learn more about Glass.

If I will be paying by a regular bill what do I do?

If you will be paying for your energy by receiving a regular bill, please click here to understand how to pay your bill.

Please note that payments taken from your account will be under Vital Community Energi Limited.
