Please request a moving out notification form from metering@vitalcommunityenergi.co.uk . Once completed, please return the completed form to the Vital Community Energi team at metering@vitalcommunityenergi.co.uk

Do I need to notify you when I move out of my property?

If you have a housing association, managing agent or landlord, they will notify us once you have moved out of the property in preparation of a new tenant moving in.

However, you can access the Moving Out Form here. Once completed, please return the completed form to the Vital Community Energi team at metering@vitalcommunityenergi.co.uk

It is advisable to take a photograph of the meter showing any positive balance you may wish to reclaim.

Do you need to read my meter?

If you have one of our meters installed at your property, you do not have to take meter readings, this is done remotely by our system.

I have credit on my meter when I move out, how do I get a refund?

Please take a photograph of your balance and contact your housing association, managing agent or landlord for this refund. Please contact us at support@vitalcommunityenergi.co.uk if you need additional support.
